RSDC is committed to a philosophy of under-promising and over-delivering with a focus on the needs of the client.
Where many contractors agree to projects that are outside their expertise for the monetary gain, we stand behind every project we accept. That’s why occasionally we pass on a proposal to a competitor. If we’re not confident we can exceed your expectations, we won’t take the job.
Our commitment was tested when FEMA, a long-time client, asked us to complete a new contract. They needed a team to survey sites for radio towers, a project that required a team with topographical, geological, and environmental expertise. In the initial exploration phase, we realized that while it might have been possible to assemble together a team to capture the revenue, the cost would have been higher than other qualified companies. We knew the needs of the project would be better served by a team with the true expertise and experience needed. We returned to our foundational commitment to value and integrity, and instead tapped our broad network of experts to identify ideal referral options for FEMA to explore. Our decision deepened the goodwill and trust we had worked every day to build. Said Ryan Denmark, CEO of RSDC, “I can’t stress enough that treating people well, respecting them, trusting them, and holding each other accountable is paramount to success. In politically charged and stressful situations, it can be the make or break element.” Our teams, built on leveraging individual strengths and experience, and our culture of a client-first focus, makes these decisions clear.
